CUSTOMER SERVICE
EXW(Ex Works)
A trade term requiring the seller fulfills his obligation to deliver when he has made the goods available at his premises to the buyer.
Responsibility for Seller : 
make goods available in good condition at factory or send goods on time to pointed warehouse when requested by buyer and agreed by seller. 
Provide goods details including packing list and Invoice to buyer or buyer's forwarder for making Customs docs purpose. 
If buyer request, Seller can provide Customs docs (including export license & CIQ etc), also can refuse.

Responsibility for Buyer: 
Buyer has to point shipping forwarder to contact Seller to arrange delivery and pay all the charges . Buyer should confirm shipping schedule, charges with forwarder and send booking form to forward to book space with shipping lines. 
Buyer has to provide Customs docs for both Export & Import purpose, when seller doesn't like to provide. 
Buyer has to check and confirm B/L information with Forwarder before SI close time. 
Buyer has to make insurance or point his forwarder to make insurance for cargos.

Responsibility for Forwarder: 
Forwarder accept the booking form from buyer and book space per as the confirmed shipping schedule and charges. 
Arrange loading and make insurance if buyer request 
Check & confirm B.L information with buyer in time.
E-mail shipping advice with freight invoice, BL copy to buyer for requesting payment. 
Send b/l to buyer or surrender cargo to buyer after clean all payment.

FOB (Free on Board)
A trade term requiring the seller to deliver goods on board a vessel designated by the buyer. The seller fulfills its obligations to deliver when the goods have passed over the ship's rail.

Responsibility for Seller : 
1) Accept buyer's instruction to book space with buyer's forwarder on time. 
2)Make goods available & deliver goods on time 
3) Provide Export Customs docs and pay the fee for clean customs 
4) Pay the all the local charges of shipping line, trucking, warehouse , port & Customs clean. 
5) Provide and confirm B/L information with buyer's forwarder in time. 
6) Prepare original packing list & Invoice and other docs for Buyer's import Customs purpose. 
7) Send B/L and docs to buyers.

Responsibility for Buyer: 
1) Buyer has to point shipping forwarder to contact Seller to arrange delivery and pay all Ocean freight and other charges that refused by seller. Buyer should confirm shipping schedule and make seller book space with pointed forwarder. 
2) Buyer has to provide B/L information (information of Consignee & Notify party, special requires if demands for making B/L )
3) Buyer has to make insurance themselves or point his forwarder to make insurance for cargos.
4) Buyer should accept B/L copy and arrange payment for ocean freight per as Debit Note at least 10days before arrival date for POD. 
Responsibility for Forwarder: 
1) Forwarder accept the booking form from seller and book space per as the confirmed shipping schedule and freight quotation. 
2)Arrange loading and make insurance if buyer request 
3)Check & confirm B.L information with seller in time.
4)E-mail shipping advice with freight invoice, BL copy to buyer for requesting payment
5)Collect local charges from seller. 
6)Send b/l to Seller or surrender cargo to buyer against seller's release instruction after cleaning all payment.

CFR (Cost and Freight)  
A trade term requiring the seller to arrange for the carriage of goods by sea to a port of destination, and provide the buyer with the documents necessary to obtain the goods from the carrier.

CIF(Cost,Insurance and Freight)
A trade term requiring the seller to arrange for the carriage of goods by sea to a port of destination, and provide the buyer with the documents necessary to obtain the goods from the carrier.

DDU (Delivered Duty Unpaid)
A trade term requiring the seller delivers the goods to die buyer, not cleared for import, and not unloaded from my arriving means of transport at the named place of destination. The seller has to bear the costs and risks involved in bringing the goods thereto

DDP (Delivered Duty paid)
A trade term requiring the seller must pay for all of the costs related to transporting the goods and is responsible in full for the goods until they have been received and transfered to the buyer. This includes paying for the shipping, the duties and any other expenses incurred while shipping the goods.
